This clever adapter perfectly accomplishes the intended purpose of aligning hard-to-align features, and WILL work when shims can't quite get the job done. It looks great while doing it to. I also appreciate that it comes with two styles of locking collar that are both nicely textured so that you can pick whichever looks better for your build.
