Works as intended to add male threads to F/F threaded pieces, and does it with style offering multiple exterior dimensions to add visual interest. It's a great alternative to the default VHC m/m adapter that has holes all the way around it for those parts of your saber where you don't want visible holes. The holes are necessary to help remove the piece from other pieces, so this is designed with the hole placed in the threads where they aren't seen but still function perfectly. Very smart design.

This piece is both visually interesting and functional in it's design. The knurling is just right to help with grip while not being rough on the hands, and it looks fantastic.

I love that this shroud is able to be used with or without the accompanying shim-sert. This design makes it usable in so many different ways to accomplish so many different looks. If you want that classic Vader shroud, yeah, it can do that. If you want to add some complications to a thin-neck, or add some dimension to a grip section, this works. I love the bare aluminum finish and the excellent precision machining.

It's the only way to get that classic Vader or Anakin Ep. II style emitter on a VHC saber, so if you want that, look no further.

This MPP shimsert is fantastic, so easy to use with or without the MPP shroud, upside down or right side up for multiple different looks. It's the best single part I have, by far.

I almost forgot to mention. I bought this during the May the Fourth sale, and while this and the MPP shroud weren't meant to be part of that sale, Corvus honored the sale price and even helped me make an edit to my order after placing it. Hands down the best customer service ever. 10/10 you can trust this guy.
