Returns: You shall send back the goods in question without delay not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 days has expired. We will not send a refund until we receive your item (or proof that you have shipped your item from a valid logisitcs service).

The Refund: We will refund all payments received from you (including original standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return Costs: The sender is responsible for return charges. As a US based business, we have limited parcel services from which to select a return service and no way of knowing which service is most convenient for you. This provides you the option to select the most convenient international logistics method.
