The Alloy Thin-Neck Assembly Kit is designed to provide you the most configurably competent thin neck system available for the greater VHC ecosystem. While traditional market offerings follow a standard VHC male-to-female fixed structure, our Alloy Thin Neck components adopt a highly modular approach providing unmatched structural control of your thin neck assembly. Whether you need a thread configuration of Male-to-Male, Female-to-Female configuration, or a hybrid configuration this system adapts to your vision.
Our Thin Neck System is completely modular. You are choosing components that are orientation agnostic. Bases are interchangeable with other Bases, and Inserts with other Inserts allowing you the freedom to experiment with various combinations and opportunity to build the exact thread configuration that your hilt requires. We encourage you to pick up multiple bases of each thread category to unlock build potential. Expect this kit to continue to expand as new bases and inserts are added to the lineup.
Build Tips
- Unlock All Configurations. Add an extra base of each thread category to build any of the four possible structural configurations.
- Dual Profile Inserts. The unique designs of our Thin Neck Inserts provides allows users two distinct visual options. Simply reverse the orientation of the insert and choose the look that fits your design. Pick up all 3 designs for maximum freedom.

Technical Considerations
Due to the reduced diameter of the neck section, this hilt requires careful consideration of internal component placement. Due to some form factor limitations on VHC electronics, users making a bold thin-neck design that deviate from current standards may require chassis modification or a custom chassis to accommodate. We recommend using a pre-existing thin-neck core and adapting it to your purpose. Corvus Saber Foundry is not responsible for damages to chassis from modifications. Fortune favors the bold. Compatibility
Alloy components are designed to interface with known form factors, dimensions, as well as meet or exceed material strength of LGT/Nexus/Damiensaber VHC and TXQ Modular systems. Specifically, Alloy components are manufactured from a higher strength aluminum alloy which provides enhanced durability and strength. Integration and use with other Corvus Saber Foundry Alloy components and other similarly compatible third-party parts is supported and encouraged!
Safety and Usage
These thin neck lightsaber components are intended for light choreography. While our design features a 200% increase in thread material over current market offerings and a friction-locking chamfer, users are advised to exercise caution during handling to avoid heavy impacts or strong blade binds. We believe this is duel-able, however, duel at your own risk.
