Product Information

Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, this Alloy Accent Sleeve features a basic no frill, 35.75mm bevel-edged structure designed to fit perfectly over our Body Segment FF - Type_2 components. The inner diameter exhibits our innovative 'shimsert' mounting solution. The 'shimsert' design utilizes an offset inner diameter lip that slips over the the adjoining part threads and acts as a shim, securing the Accent Sleeve between connecting hilt sections. Eliminating the need for additional threading, visible fasteners, or surface marring common with screw anchored sleeves, these sleeves simplify installation and provide a clean nested parts aesthetic that gives depth.  The offset design provides the user two looks in one part with a flip! The raw finish allows for user customization through etching, weathering or other surface treatments. Heritage detail, modern construction: build your own custom lightsaber with a band that carries the legacy forward.
