Product Information

Historically, modular threaded lightsaber systems have been plagued by the tedious task of timing and indexing components, also known as "clocking." Achieving perfect alignment between an emitter, a switch section, and a grip section usually means a frustrating cycle of trial and error with timing shims, O-rings, or over-torquing threads.

The Infinite Adapter fundamentally changes that workflow.

Another innovation for the Alloy System and the greater VHC ecosystem, the Infinite Adapter is a low-profile indexing union joint engineered to give builders independent, infinite rotational control over isolated components. No shims, no guesswork, and no complete teardowns required.  Align landmark components with just a twist!

The Infinite Alignment Process

The Infinite Adapter assembly is comprised of three precisely engineered, interconnecting components: the Base, the Swivel, and the Collar.

1. Prep the Upper Hilt: Drop the Collar onto the Swivel, then thread the Swivel assembly into the upper component you wish to index.

2. Prep the Lower Hilt: Thread and torque the Base into the lower body of your saber.

3. Seat and Align: Set the Swivel/Collar assembly down onto the Base and rotate the hilt components to your exact desired alignment.

4. Lock It Down: Tighten the Collar onto the Base. When torqued, the collar compresses the union, locking the upper and lower halves into a rigid, rock-solid hilt.

The Infinite Advantage: Need to realign your switch or emitter later? Simply back the collar off a fraction of a turn to release the compression, re-index your components, and hand tighten the collar back down.  No more mile long threads, no more sanding, no more shims.

Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, this adapter features a male-to-male threaded format compatible with any of our Female-to-Female components. To ensure positive grip when engaging or disengaging the threads, the collars are available in two tactile variations: a clean Straight Knurl or a classic Diamond Knurl pattern.  Integrated torque slots and dedicated wrenching holes are shot through the components, allowing users to positively seat, torque, and unseat both base and swivel with confidence.

Alloy components are designed to interface with known form factors, dimensions, as well as meet or exceed material strength of LGT/Nexus/Damiensaber VHC and TXQ Modular systems.  Specifically, Alloy components are manufactured from a higher strength aluminum alloy which provides enhanced durability and strength.  Integration and use with other Corvus Saber Foundry Alloy components and other similarly compatible third-party parts is supported and encouraged!
