We have determined that the internal diameter is just slightly smaller (+/- .2mm) which makes fitting a core a littler tighter than desired. Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, this stepped adapter features a male-to-male threaded format with matching threads at both ends. Created as a definitive piece, these adapters are simple but effective at creating the drama between lightsaber components. Designed to interact and play together with our Accent Rings, these adapters can be hidden if users wish to cover up the connection between two parts, or accentuated as a means to create visual interest or changes in elevation between the typical 33mm VHC diameters. Wrenching holes shot through the threaded ends assist users in removing any stuck part; use a small hex key to help you break torque on tight components. Build your own custom lightsaber your way, every component in the Alloy system is intelligently designed to work together.
